My name is Adriana Todor. I work with people who may seem fine on the outside, but internally feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or emotionally shut down. This experience is more common than it appears, and often difficult to put into words. I didn’t choose this path randomly. Over time, I began to notice a pattern in people, including myself. Many were functioning in daily life, yet carrying a sense of disconnection, emotional heaviness, or numbness. It wasn’t always visible, but it was present. This led me to explore emotional numbness, trauma patterns, and the ways people lose connection with themselves. I don’t see this as weakness. I see it as adaptation, a response the mind and body develop when something feels overwhelming or unsafe. When this is understood, self-blame begins to shift into awareness. I began working with clients in 2022, focusing on emotional healing, self-awareness, and personal development. My experience in entrepreneurship started in 2011, which gave me a long-term perspective on working with people, understanding behavior, and navigating real-life challenges. Alongside this, I’ve completed trainings and certifications in coaching, therapy, mindset, and trauma-informed work. These form the foundation of how I work today.
